who is eligible to obtain?

  • Females aged 18 years and above
  • Individuals with a minimum monthly net income of Rs.70,000/-.

What are the required documents?

  • Certified copy of NIC
  • Utility bill dated within last three months under the applicant's name, if the permanent address differs from the NIC address.

a) If Salaried;

  • Latest salary slip
  • Salary confirmation letter from the employer

b) If Self-employed;

  • Copy of the business registration certificate.
  • Copies of Current / Savings account statements for the last 03 months.
  • Letter from auditor confirming annual income for last 2 years.

c) If Professional

  • Adequate proof that the applicant has been engaged in the profession for last one year
  • Copy of the license to practice / professional membership card from the relevant professional body
  • Latest income tax returns (Optional)

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT METHODS

a) Payment by Cash
  • Cash payments could be made through any of the LOLC Finance branch island-wide.
  • Avoid sending cash through postal mails.
  • Payments made on Saturdays will be processed on the next working day.
  • REAL TIME credit will be given for cash payments.
  • Cheques should be crossed (A/C payee only) and should include the Card number. Eg. Pay LOLC Finance PLC, O/A card no xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx.
  • Third party cheques drawn in favour of the cardholder will not be accepted, unless they are made out as in the above example.
  • Funds will be available in the credit card account subject to cheque realization. Please leave minimum of three working days and maximum of six working days for processing and clearing of cheques.
  • Cash cheques and post-dated cheques will not be accepted for payments.
  • Please allow minimum nine working days for payments to reach the account if cheque payments are made by post.
  • All cheques sending through post should be addressed to “Manager - Credit Card Operations, No 438, Havelock Road, Colombo 05”.
  • The cardholder has the option to utilize the Standing Instruction facility, enabling automatic debiting from their LOLC Finance savings account to settle the credit card bill. Customer can select any percentage between 5% and 100% of the statement balance for debiting on the due date.
  • Instant credit will be applied for payments made through standing orders, simplifying the process for the cardholder and enhancing overall convenience.

The cardholder has the option to transfer funds from other bank's savings or current accounts to their credit card account via CEFTS (Common Electronic Fund Transfer System). Real-time credit will be provided for payments made through CEFTS.

The cardholder has the option to use LOLC REAL TIME to seamlessly transfer funds from the LOLC Finance savings account to the credit card account at no cost Immediate credit will be given for cash payments initiated through the LOLC REAL TIME App.

  • Cardholder can link the LOLC Finance saving account or any other bank account to iPay and have the convenience of making payments online.
  • Instant credit will be applied for payments made through iPay.
  • Credit Card payment can be made from authorized mCash touch points island wide.
  • Real time credit will be given for payments made through mCash Touch Points.
